Every order moves through editing and review on a board the whole team can see.

Finished media goes to the agent on a branded page, with invoices, payments and download licenses in one place.
Google Calendar for photographers
Photographers and other team members can connect their own Google Calendar so Acorn knows when they are busy, and a client is never offered a time they already have something booked. Acorn reads only the start and end times, never what the appointment is, and never changes anything on their calendar.
Their shoots reach their calendar through a private subscription link they add themselves. Connecting is optional and can be undone at any time. How Acorn uses Google data
