Terms of service

The service

Acorn is software for booking, scheduling, producing and delivering real estate media, operated by Snap Squirrel, Mahomet, Illinois. By using Acorn you agree to these terms.

Accounts

Team accounts are created by a company’s administrator; client accounts are created when an order is placed. Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what is done under it.

Orders, media and payment

Each order is an agreement between the client and the media company that takes it, on that company’s own prices, policies and copyright license, which are shown when ordering and on delivery. Snap Squirrel provides the software and is not a party to orders placed with other companies.

Acceptable use

Do not use Acorn to break the law, to upload content you have no right to, to get into accounts or data that are not yours, or to interfere with the service. We may suspend an account that does.

Connected services

You can connect a Google Calendar or a Stripe account. Those services have their own terms, and what Acorn does with the data is set out in the privacy policy. You can disconnect them at any time.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Acorn running and your data safe, but the service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Snap Squirrel is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us for Acorn in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes and ending

We may change these terms and will update the date above when we do. You can stop using Acorn at any time. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
